USER AGREEMENT
1. General Provisions
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) governs the relationship between Esports Tournaments (hereinafter Esports Tournaments or Administration) on one side and the website user on the other. The Esports Tournaments website is not a mass media outlet.
By using the website tournaments.ru, you agree to the terms of this agreement.
If you do not agree with the terms of this agreement, do not use the Esports Tournaments website!
2. Rights and Responsibilities of the Parties

The user is obliged to:

- not create multiple accounts on the website if they actually belong to the same person
- not perform actions aimed at misleading other users
- not post advertising, erotic, pornographic, or offensive materials, as well as other information whose posting is prohibited or contradicts the current legislation
- not use scripts (programs) for automated data collection and/or interaction with the website and its services.
The Administration undertakes to:
- maintain the website functionality
- provide comprehensive protection of the user’s account
3. Liability of the Parties
- the user is personally fully responsible for the information they distribute
- the administration is not responsible for the accuracy of information copied from other sources
- the administration is not responsible for discrepancies between the services expected by the user and the services actually received
- the administration is not responsible for services provided by third parties
- in the event of a force majeure situation (hostilities, emergency, natural disaster, etc.), the Administration does not guarantee the preservation of information posted by the user, nor uninterrupted operation of the information resource
4. Terms of the Agreement
This Agreement comes into effect upon any use of this website.
This Agreement ceases to be effective upon the release of its new version.
The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally modify this agreement at its discretion.
The Administration does not notify users of changes to the Agreement.
